Job description

Manage the full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, reconciliations) for multiple entities.

Prepare consolidated financial statements.

Develop and implement transfer pricing models.

Review monthly management accounts and financial statements; investigate and resolve discrepancies.

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, secretarial firms, and government authorities.

Oversee all tax and regulatory filings, statutory audits, and required documentation.

Lead process improvements and support new system implementations.

Contribute to building and guiding the finance team as needed.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Banking, Finance, or Fintech.
• Experience leading or coaching a team.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, accounting systems, and automation tools (API, RPA, MACRO, VBA).
• Tech‑savvy with an interest in streamlining processes and enhancing user experience.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable challenging existing processes.
• Willingness to commute to the Singapore office 3–4 days per week during probation, with transportation allowance provided.
