Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing sustainability frameworks and strategies.
  • Evaluate sustainability programs and recommend improvements.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to balance business needs with sustainability objectives.
  • Plan and support sustainability‑related engagement activities and events.
  • Prepare proposals, documentation and approvals for sustainability projects.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Draft and prepare reports, presentations and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Assess and analyze company policies and processes to identify sustainability improvements.
  • Support drafting and implementing sustainable policies for the organization.
  • Perform other sustainability‑related tasks as needed.
  • Undertake special assignments, ad‑hoc functions and related duties.
  • Provide quality personal assistance services and administrative support to the Group Chief Sustainability Officer and Head of Group Marketing & Communication.
  • Submit business and other claims for the Group Chief Sustainability Officer and Head of Group Marketing & Communication.
  • Assist the Group Chief Sustainability Officer and Head of Group Marketing & Communication in personal matters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Management, Sustainable Development, Sustainable Governance, Community Sustainability, Social Sciences (Human Rights) or other related fields.
  • Relevant sustainability certification or experience is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in a similar role/position in corporate sustainability or consulting.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
  • Ability to prioritize administrative duties, organize and prioritize work for self and for the Group Chief Sustainability Officer & Head of Group Marketing & Communication in an environment with multiple and conflicting demands.
