• Assist in maintaining IT equipment inventory and keep accurate service records.
• Ensure all tasks meet SLA requirements and deliver high customer satisfaction.
• Assist with installation, configuration, upgrades, and preventive maintenance of IT systems.
• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, printers, and network.
• Participate in structured training, shadowing, and guided assignments under experienced mentors.
• Escalate unresolved issues properly and follow up to ensure timely closure.
• Support new deployments, relocations, and project rollouts.
• Diagnose common problems and elevate complex cases to senior engineers or supervisors.
• Pursue relevant certifications and continuous learning as part of your career growth.
