What would you do?
Vendor Strategy & Governance
  • Develop and implement vendor management framework, policies, and governance model.
  • Classify and segment vendors (strategic, preferred, transactional) and define vendor KPIs and evaluation scorecards.
  • Drive vendor governance reviews and continuous performance improvements.
Vendor Onboarding & Risk Management
  • Lead vendor due diligence, evaluation, and onboarding, ensuring alignment with company standards on ethics, risk, and compliance.
  • Proactively manage vendor risk, sustainability, and ESG performance.
Vendor Performance & Relationship Management
  • Oversee periodic performance reviews and scorecards for strategic vendors.
  • Build trusted partnerships with key suppliers to drive service excellence, cost optimization, and innovation.
  • Act as escalation point for vendor issues and drive resolution with relevant business units.
Value Creation & Innovation
  • Identify and deliver vendor-led cost efficiencies, rebates, or joint innovation initiatives.
  • Promote vendor innovation and sustainability initiatives aligned to the Company’s ESG goals.
Leadership & Collaboration
  • Manage diverse vendor portfolios across categories to ensure seamless vendor lifecycle management.
  • Drive a performance-driven, transparent, and collaborative vendor culture across the organization.
Other miscellaneous tasks in supporting the Procurement Department, including but not limited to:
  • Drive Procurement transformation (Processes, System, Governance & People).
  • Plan, lead & execute procurement workflow digitization & automation.
  • Lead any relevant project management including planning, scheduling, resource requirements, scope of work and work breakdown structure to ensure project is completed on schedule including strategizing support from other departments.
  • Lead to review and refresh existing policy and/or OS/OPM and develop new policy and/or OS/OPM to reflect current practice in alignment to company strategies.
  • Lead in enforcing procurement governance through training and creating awareness to improve procurement governance adherence.
  • Prepare departmental / management reports, records and statistical data for administrative and internal & external purposes (eg audit).
  • Any other tasks/projects as assigned by Line Manager
Who Should Join Us?
  • At least 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Proven track record of managing strategic vendor relationships, achieving measurable savings or driving supplier innovation.
  • Experience managing vendor risk, sustainability and performance dashboards.
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Data driven mindset – able to design, interpret and act on vendor KPIs and analytics
  • Strong analytical skills including problem solving and analysis
  • Result oriented and able to meet tight deadlines with sound time management
  • Able to present and provide training confidently and effectively
  • Keen eye for opportunities to increase efficiency and simplicity
