Procurement Technology & Insights Associate Director (Technology Enablement) will be responsible for driving user engagement, proficiency, and satisfaction with our procurement technology platforms. This role will own the development and delivery of digital content, user training, and support resources, ensuring users are empowered to leverage the platform effectively. Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and direct supervisory responsibility for the helpdesk will be central to this role’s success.
Template Management: Maintain and continuously optimize sourcing and contract templates to streamline processes and reflect best practices.
Digital Guidance: Design and develop digital guides and interactive walkthroughs using tools such as WalkMe to support intuitive platform navigation for users.
Content Creation: Produce engaging digital content, including quick reference materials, FAQs, and video tutorials, to facilitate effective user onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
Content Maintenance: Ensure all digital and training content is regularly updated to reflect platform changes, enhancements, and new functionalities.
Training & Clinics: Plan, schedule, and conduct user training sessions and clinics, both virtually and in‑person, to drive knowledge transfer and best practice adoption.
Training Resources: Develop comprehensive training materials, guides, and other resources, leveraging feedback and data to continuously improve learning experiences.
Helpdesk Supervision: Supervise the helpdesk team to ensure high‑quality, responsive support for end users, and identify common issues to inform continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead Advanced Sourcing Events: Guide the planning and execution of complex sourcing projects using Coupa. Leverage advanced capabilities within the platform to maximize efficiency and cost savings.
Technical Advisory: Serve as the technical expert for building and customizing sourcing events in Coupa. Provide strategic advice on using advanced sourcing features to meet complex procurement needs.
Customize Sourcing Approaches: Design and implement tailored sourcing strategies that address the specific challenges and requirements of various procurement categories.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Education, or related field.
5+ years’ experience in procurement operations, platform training, end-user support, or a similar enablement role.
Demonstrated experience creating digital learning materials and leveraging enablement tools such as WalkMe (or similar).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience delivering training to diverse audiences.
Experience managing support teams/helpdesk operations.
Strong organizational and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience with major procurement or ERP platforms (Coupa S2C).
Fluent in English.
Mandarin or Japanese language is preferred.
