As an Associate Director/ Director at BTS, you will work directly with leaders from some of the world’s leading corporations. You will learn how their business works and what their strategies are, and you will be shaping the leadership capabilities of their senior management.

What you’ll do:

  • Conceptualize, design, and deliver custom experiential learning solutions for leadership, strategy, finance, and innovation.
  • Manage and grow client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional projects and cross-selling BTS solutions.
  • Grow local/regional revenues in Southeast Asia by increasing share of wallet within existing clients.
  • Facilitate senior-level workshops for regional and global clients.
  • Collaborate across BTS practices and regions to bring the best thinking to our clients.
  • Be a subject matter expert in leadership and management solutions.
  • This person will be in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and travel regularly, mainly across Asia.

What we’re looking for:

  • 10–12+ years of proven experience in designing and delivering talent solutions, with a strong emphasis on leadership development.
  • Track record in selling consulting services and growing client accounts across multiple industries.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with executive-level presence.
  • Ability to conceptualize and sell a vision, then co-create effective solutions with clients.
  • Highly organized and commercially savvy, with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple high-value projects.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malay (additional Asian languages an advantage).
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment, ideally in Asia.
  • Alignment with BTS values — client-centric, entrepreneurial, and collaborative.
