Job summary

Tetra Consultants, a Singapore-headquartered management consulting firm, is seeking an Associate Consultant for its corporate advisory wing in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on project management, research on regulatory obligations, and liaising with international authorities and bankers.

Fresh graduates or professionals with 1–2 years of experience are welcome to apply, with on‑the‑job training provided for three months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in accounting, economics or business related fields.
• Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of working experience.
• Have past internship or working experiences in project management/consulting/accounting/tax.
• Highly proficient in English and in Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Project management and provide timely deliverables to international clients.
• Communicate closely with international government authorities and global bankers on a daily basis.
• Understand latest industry insights in terms of law, tax, and compliance.
• Conduct research on regulatory obligations for different jurisdictions.
• Assist senior management with problem solving and business strategy.

Our corporate advisory wing specializes in international business set up, financial license applications, merger & acquisition and corporate banking solutions. In addition, our accounting and tax wing provides services such as international tax planning, bookkeeping and tax compliance. Our comprehensive range of services allows us to do what we do best, which is to be a one-stop solution for our international clients.

The Company is looking for an Associate Consultant to join the corporate advisory wing. The ideal candidate should preferably have past internship or working experience in the field of project management/consulting. On-the-job trainings will be provided for the first 3 months to ensure you acquire the competencies and skills needed. The candidate should be highly proficient in English and in Mandarin.
