Job summary

A global semiconductor leader in Penang is seeking a candidate to develop and maintain waferbank schedules, ensuring optimal resource utilization and coordination with departments. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a related field and may have some experience in a semiconductor environment, though fresh graduates are welcomed. The position requires good communication skills and the ability to support operations in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Preferably 1 year working experience in a high-volume semiconductor environment. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Trim and Probe/wafer sort or Final test exposure will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed waferbank schedules to meet production demands.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless production processes.
• Lead and drive key projects aimed at improving planning efficiency.

Responsibilities

• WAFERBANK
• Develop and maintain detailed waferbank schedules to meet production demands and optimize resource utilization.
• Coordinate with various departments (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, quality control) and even external group such as demand planner and supply chain to ensure seamless production processes and meeting the deliveries.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to address any delays or issues.
• Lead and drive key projects aimed at improving planning efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing overall operational performance.
• Analyze production data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices in production planning and project management.
• Owner of operating procedure documentation are in-place, up to date and ensure line compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Preferably 1 year working experiences in high volume semiconductor environment. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
