Intrinseque Health is seeking a talented Associate Accounts and Finance Specialist to join our dynamic team in Melaka, Melaka. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting our financial accounting and reporting operations, contributing to the overall success of the organisation.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Perform accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in the accounting system
Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial records
Support the month‑end and year‑end close processes
Provide financial data analysis and prepare reports for management
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial information
Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a financial accounting or reporting role, preferably in the healthcare industry
Strong proficiency in financial accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen eye for detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate financial information effectively
Knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations, such as IFRS or GAAP
