Job summary
A financial services company in Genting Highlands is seeking an experienced leader to manage their Finance Division. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in financial management and experience in a Big 4 firm. You will be responsible for developing financial policies, overseeing budgeting, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Relocation to Genting is required, with accommodation provided.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in financial management with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience in Big 4 accounting firm.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Finance Division for timely reporting.
- Develop effective financial policies and controls.
- Oversee budgeting and cost control initiatives.
- Support business decisions to identify cost reduction opportunities.

Requirements

Job Description
- Lead and manage the Finance Division to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely financial and management reporting.
- Develop and enforce effective financial policies, controls, and governance to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and licensing requirements.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives to optimize profitability across all business units.
- Partner with operational heads to support business decisions and identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
- Drive continuous improvement, implementing best practices in financial systems, processes, and reporting.
- Lead talent development and succession planning within the Finance Division to build a high-performing team.
