  • Lead and manage the Finance Division to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely financial and management reporting.
  • Develop and enforce effective financial policies, controls, and governance to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and licensing requirements.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives to optimize profitability across all business units.
  • Partner with operational heads to support business decisions and identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
  • Drive continuous improvement, implementing best practices in financial systems, processes, and reporting.
  • Lead talent development and succession planning within the Finance Division to build a high-performing team.
