  • Work closely with businesspartnersfor customer referrals and conduct training to instill product knowledgeand todeepenclients’relationships andcustomer’sshare of wallet –SME & Transaction Banking &A@work
Compliance
  • Ensure completeness of the necessary documentations for account opening and registration and set up for implementation of solutions.To ensure compliance to the policies and procedures set by the Bank
Market/ClientUpdate
  • Obtain market intelligence,establishnetworkand update database of competitor’soffering.
Understand & Act
  • Collatefeedbackonany product requirements or any issuestoProduct& Distributionteam.
