JOB DESCRIPTION

1. To comply on work matters inclusive of safety practices.
2. To carry out Job Ticket as per in IMS Engineering- SOP Repair & Maintenance. (Carpet & Wallpaper)
3. To perform overtime when required.
4. To carry assigned pager/handphone and respond accordingly.
5. To attend emergency work request when required.
6. To report and feedback to immediate superior on work matters.
7. To arrange with Users for work matters.
8. To comply with company policy and procedures.

Weekly & Monthly Tasks

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance works and checklist.

Other

• To assist immediate superior on special projects or assignments.
• To handle Tools and Equipment with care.
• To attend Engineering training when required.

Requirements

• Any previous training or experience in Repair & Maintenance Buildingworks will be added advantage.
• Good working attitude and willingness to learnare a must.
