Segi Fresh - Retails is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and ensure efficiency in line with company standards. • SPM and above.
• 3+ years as Assistant Store Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies.
• Ability to motivate and train staff.

As an Assistant Store Manager, your primary responsibility is to oversee the overall operations of the store and ensure the efficiency of smooth operations according to the company standard.
