What you'll be doing

• Assist the Spa Manager in the overall management and supervision of the spa facility, staff, and operations
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and training of spa therapists and support staff
• Monitor and ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
• Assist with the development and implementation of spa marketing and promotional strategies
• Analyse spa performance data and report on key metrics to the management team
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of spa policies, procedures, and service offerings
