What you'll be doing?

Assist in Installation: Work alongside senior engineers to install, test, and commission vacuum packing machines, sealing machines, and food processing equipment.

Perform Troubleshooting: Conduct basic troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and provide on-site service support to our valued customers.

Coordinate Service: Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely service and spare parts arrangement.

Prepare Reports: Document service activities by preparing detailed reports and maintaining accurate records of all service jobs.

Support Setup: Assist in setting up showrooms or exhibitions as required.

Ensure Safety: Adhere to safety procedures and company standards during all operations.

Who are they looking for?

Educational Background: A diploma or certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or a related field.

Technical Skills: Basic understanding of electrical wiring or mechanical assembly is preferred. Less than 1 year of experience in the related field.

Travel Ability: Ability to travel locally within Malaysia and Singapore for service assignments.

Communication Skills: Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a responsible attitude.

Transportation: Possession of own transport (allowance provided).
