Collaborate with the Business Manager and senior management to develop and implement effective sales strategic plans aligned with channel priorities and targets to maximize growth and market reach.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and market dynamics to adapt strategies and capitalize on opportunities.
Analyze and optimize the sell in and sell out performance of responsibility.
Conduct market research to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for expansion.
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with stakeholders and business partners’ needs.
Manage and oversee the daily sales operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and business partners to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Provide training to the team and business partners on brands’ products, values, and effective sales techniques.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to Senior Management.
