Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Bayan Lepas. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting sales operations, developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include preparing sales reports, developing sales strategies, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and customer relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional networks
  • Proficiency in market analysis, identifying opportunities, and developing effective sales strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, and negotiation abilities
  • Experience in logistics or supply chain industry is highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Basic knowledge of financial analysis for tracking and meeting sales and performance targets
