Job Responsibilities
  • DO NOTE: THIS IS A TEMPORARY ROLE, (3- 4months)
  • Accountable for customer satisfaction, and assisting customers with any requirements they may have.
  • Bea teamplayer in theteam, to workeffectively with peers.
  • Effectivelycommunicate feedbackand improvementsto theArea Supervisor.
  • Communicateand work effectively to produce thebest possible outcome forthe company and its clients.
  • Use Ninja software to execute operations (with training from the Ninja team).
  • Assist the Area Supervisor in managing the social media and google account of the store, in terms of content and customer engagement.
Job Requirements
  • Minimumqualifications:SPM,withrelevantindustryexperience.
  • ProfessionalfluencyinEnglish&BahasaMalaysia
  • Strategic thinker with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurialenvironment; solve complex problems, and develop creative solutions.
