The Day-To-Day Activities
GTM Planning & Execution for retail. Monitor the store execution and implement tailored Go-to-Market strategies for UM products across various retail stores. Ensure all marketing, sales, and promotional strategies are aligned with product-specific objectives, regional preferences, and branding guidelines. Drive in store productivity the full product lifecycle from launch to ongoing campaigns and seasonal promotions.
About You
Retail Performance & Data Analysis
- Implementation and execution on the GTM strategy to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for retail sales of products & devices.
- Regularly report and analyse market trends, competitors, customer feedback, and sales performance.
- Compile frontline insights to refine GTM strategies, improve promotional tactics, and optimize stock levels in retail locations; work closely with the inventory management team.
- Conduct competitive analysis from the field to ensure our brand products stay ahead of market trends and competitor offerings.
- Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams
- Work closely with product & device teams to ensure that all products and devices launches meet customer needs and expectations.
- Align and support Retail Events activation in-store at our new location; engage with key stakeholders for content/agenda development and drive partner participation such as key flagship events.
- Collaborate with the logistics and supply chain teams to manage new launch readiness and demo display availability.
- Work and monitor closely on the strategy for every store sell-out and gather insights from the field team (Area Manager and Store Manager) on performance in all retail stores.
- Monitor and ensure in-store digital content and marketing comms to amplify brand awareness and online visibility.
- Work with the mystery shopper team to improve scoring for each store and ensure relevant product training is conducted based on mystery shopper analysis.
- In Store Marketing & Promotions Strategy
- Ensure planning and execution in-store, manage timeline and keep track of regional retail programs in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and be able to take action if needed.
- Work with marketing teams to execute retail-focused campaigns, including in-store displays, influencer partnerships, digital campaigns, and events.
- Design in-store display guidelines to provide the best experience to end users and the best shopping journey.
- Manage product launches and special promotions POSM design to maximize sales and visibility for all products and devices.
- Execute Road Shows for new product launches and manage planning strategy with vendors to improve productivity.
- Budget & Cost Management
- Assist manager in tracking all launch budgets and operational costs for in-store activation planning.
- Roadshow cost and planning the execution with project team.
- Align customer campaign cost expenditure and planning for yearly AOP.
- Work closely with insourcing budget for staff costs for roadshows.
Personal Attributes / Who People Are
- Methodical with sense of urgency and able to work independently.
- Basic understanding of telecom technologies (e.g., mobile, IT, networks, broadband) to better assist customers with technical inquiries or issues.
