Assistant Restaurant Manager (Sushi King @ Auto City)(Halal)
Responsible for sales and profitability of the restaurant by providing the highest level of hospitality, food quality, outlet cleanliness and people management strategic.
Ensure smooth running of day-to-day operations in the restaurant i.e. sales, stock, people and customers.
In charge training and recruitment process. In charge of inventory, ordering and administration process.
Able to provide excellent customer service practices. Able to take charge and provide solutions to customer's queries and complaints. Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree holder with minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in Restaurant Manager background or similar. Those without paper qualification with 2 years of similar experience are encourage to apply.
- Good interpersonal skills in handling staff and customers.
- Strong written and oral communication skills for managing business admin.
- The ability to work under pressure and encourage people.
- Strong planning and organizational skills to streamline the operations.
- The ability to work independently and make decisions confidently.
- Problem solving and counselling staff abilities.
- Full working rights for Malaysia.
- Must be Fully Vaccinated.
- Educational preference: SPM / STPM (Preferred).
- Language preference: English and Bahasa Melayu (Preferred).
