A leading manufacturing company in Ipoh, Malaysia, is seeking an Assistant Manager for Quality Assurance. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a quality management system, including 2 years at the Assistant Manager level. Responsibilities include ensuring product quality, managing customer complaints, and supporting the Quality Assurance department. This role offers a 5-day work week, along with hospitalization and surgical insurance coverage.
Have at least 5 years exposure in a quality management system in a manufacturing environment with at least 2 years at Assistant Manager level
Possess strong leadership and able to maintain a well disciplined and motivated workforce
Able to manage resources to achieve key goals of the organization
Systematic problem solving and decision making techniques
Knowledge on Quality Management System ISO, TS 16949
Responsible in assisting in the overall administration and management of the Quality Assurance department
To sustain and uphold the product quality of the Company
To handle customer complaints
Responsible for the final authority on Temporary Waiver / Concessions
