About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the HerbaLine Global Wellness Group as a Senior Project Executive based in Kota Kemuning, Selangor. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

Responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of new construction & renovation projects, and existing business premises refurbishment. Inclusive of project management, construction and renovation progress oversight, design drawing coordination, business operation facilities coordination, allocate resources, vendor and contractor management, and quality standard management.

Project Planning & Management – Coordinate with Interior Designer, Architect, Engineers, and contractors to ensure project objective and finishing are achieved.

Oversee all construction activities, including site preparation, demolition, building, renovation, soft‑touch installation and finishing.

Coordinate with ID and contractors to ensure adherence to quality standards, design concept, and manage budget to optimize profitability.

Conduct regular onsite quality and progress inspections, and address any quality issues or defects.

Review the detailed renovation drawing and collaborate with operation teams to ensure the outcome aligns with the business objective, operation practices, and improved efficiency.

Select and manage vendors and contractors to ensure outcome quality and result expectations are met.

What we're looking for

• Experience in a project management role within the construction industry
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to think strategically
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors and internal teams
• Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction management, engineering or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
