Assistant Project Manager (Property Development)

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will work closely with the Senior Project Manager to support the full project lifecycle — from planning and design coordination to site supervision and completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure completion on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities to ensure smooth project implementation and compliance.
- Monitor project progress, site performance and safety standards through regular inspections and meetings.
- Prepare project reports, progress updates and cost analyses for management review and decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Contracts Department on progress claims, documentation accuracy and contract compliance.
- Identify potential project risks and recommend corrective measures to maintain progress.
- Promote effective communication and teamwork among all stakeholders.
- Undertake specific assignments or delegated tasks from the Senior Project Manager, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and timely reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in property development or construction project management.
- Familiar with local building regulations, project management processes and authority submission procedures.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.
