The ideal candidate has 5-6 years of experience in the lift and escalator industry, along with a degree in engineering. Exceptional communication skills in English and Bahasa are required. Assistant Project Manager

• Ensure the execution of the projects are in accordance with the conditions of contract, specifications and any relevant documents.
• Engage in project correspondence and communications to ensure the timely execution of the contracts to avoid liquidated damages/claims.
• Establish a project team to develop realistic and achievable project plans and ensure they are actively maintained and up to date.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of contract progress claims by accurately assessing completed works and materials involved including any additional cost variation.
• Coordinate with site teams on available resources to undertake successful installation to prevent any disruption to site activities and ensure quality/safety first.
• To provide technical training to project personnel.
• To formulate and administer company safety policies.
• Involvement in VMS and MS project data input.
• To track certification and payment of claim.
• To ensure Main contractor & Sub-contractor comply on Safety requirements.
• To ensure all Installation and overall works comply with Safety Requirements.

• At least 5-6 years working experience in lift and escalator or construction industry with Project Management experience
• Experience in Lift & Escalator JKKP code
