We are looking for a versatile and results-driven Project & Account Manager to lead complex projects and grow client relationships across the Crown Workspace brand. This hybrid role blends end-to-end project management—including move management, relocation, design & build, refurbishment, and building maintenance projects with strategic account farming and upselling. You’ll be the key driver of operational excellence and client satisfaction, while unlocking new revenue opportunities across our service portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management
  • Lead and manage full-cycle projects: relocation, design & build, refurbishment, and maintenance.
  • Develop project scopes, budgets, timelines, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure seamlessexecution.
  • Conduct site assessments, volume finalization, risk analysis, and compliancechecks.
  • Oversee scheduling, and quality assurance (the direct link to NPS & NSS scoring).
  • Ensure adherence to Malaysian building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Provide regular progress reports and post-project evaluations.
Account Management & Upselling
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned clients.
  • Understand client operations and identify opportunities to upsell services from your unit and other business units.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft tailored proposals and solutions.
  • Drive account growth through strategic farming, renewals, and cross-selling.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track account performance metrics.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, QS, business, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in project management and client servicing, preferably in relocation, facilities, or construction.
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian regulatory frameworks and building standards.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin and other Chinese dialects is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello) and CRM platforms. CAD systems (AutoCAD, SolidWorks and others) application knowledge is a bonus.
  • Willingness to travel within Malaysia as needed, with own vehicle and a valid driving license.
