Job description
Assistant Production Manager/ Production Manager (based in Kulai)

Responsible for Planning, Organizing & Managing of the Production Team daily operation and readiness

Managing Company’s Supervisors & Operators in Production department

Manage and Schedule deployment of Operators

Ensure Production process is adhered strictly and on time delivery is met

Ensure product meets all quality specification set by customer.

Improve efficiency and service levels, minimize operating costs, and ensure that all works are performed in compliance with standard procedures and safety regulations. Meeting all external requirements such as ISO, Customer Standards, Corporate Requirements, etc.

Must be able to manage project independently or with minimum supervision

Project implementation and management

Correspond with customers/clients

Co‑Leads cycle count activities with SCM team

Ensure compliance to FTM’s ISO policies and standards

Ensure compliance to RBA policies and standards

Any other reasonable task assigned by superior or management

Job Requirement

Diploma/Degree in logistics, engineering, supply chain or other related discipline

At least 2 years’ experience in Manufacturing (Senior Exec/Managerial Role)

Ability to optimize cross functional objectives

Familiar with most core process from operations, forecasting, planning, production to delivery

Demonstrates discipline in timely execution of tasks

Demonstrates flexibility/adaptability to frequent changes

Good manufacturing practices, leadership skills, communication skills, presentation skills
