Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Procurement Leadership: Optimize procurement spend across contract logistics categories, ensuring cost leadership and value creation.
  • Project Management: Lead and execute procurement projects using Maersk’s Six Sourcing Steps methodology, managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables across multiple regions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with global procurement teams and internal stakeholders to align strategies and share best practices.
  • Framework Development: Design and implement procurement frameworks for contract logistics and real estate, focusing on compliance, supplier performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct supplier market analysis, gather competitive intelligence, and benchmark costs to maintain a strong market position.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Build and nurture strategic supplier partnerships to drive innovation, reliability, and long-term value.
  • Risk & Issue Resolution: Act as the escalation point for procurement-related disputes, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to digital procurement transformation initiatives.
  • Travel: Occasional travel may be required
We’re looking for
  • Around 5 years of experience in procurement, with hands‑on knowledge of SAP, Oracle, and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) systems.
  • Experience in warehousing, distribution, or landside transportation is a strong advantage.
  • Proven expertise in supplier relationship management, contract management, and supply chain operations.
  • Familiarity with digital procurement tools and platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Agile mindset with customer‑centric approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated success in leading complex sourcing projects.
  • High integrity and commitment to compliance.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
