Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Coordinate with drivers regarding shipment movement.
• Fleet planning and driver deployment.
• Constantly look for ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the department by suggesting improvements wherever needed.
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports for management review.
• Plan on cost optimization which involves both, company and vendors.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and escape complex problems where necessary.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management (Transportation/Logistics).
• Minimum 4 years experience in a similar working position.
