Job summary

A leading logistics firm in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated logistics manager to oversee daily activities and ensure compliance with policies. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Supply Chain and Logistics Management and possess at least 5 years of experience in the field. Strong leadership skills and proficiency in MS Office applications are essential. This role also involves collaborating with the sales team to meet strategic targets and managing operational efficiencies.

  • 5 years of experience in Warehouse & Logistics required.
  • Experience in FMCG Industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate day-to-day activities.
  • Overseeing inventory (Regular stock check and hitting IRA target).
  • Work closely & cooperate with Sales Team to ensure meeting DOT target.
  • Managing on Trade Return Rate stocks.
  • Dealing with suppliers or 3rd party agency when necessary.
  • Reviewing & Approval for budgets and managing cost.
  • Researching alternative methods of efficiency.
  • Make impact policy, planning and strategy decisions.
  • Assist AGM/OM on every deployment plan on time.
  • Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.
  • Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
  • Support worker communication with the management team.
  • Ensure all workers are compliances with company policy.
  • Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Ensure building related security and equipment are well maintain.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration in Supply Chain & Logistics Management
  • At least 5 years of working experience in Warehouse & Logistics
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Required skills: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
  • Experience in FMCG Industry is an added advantage
