Assistant Marketing/Project Manager Responsibilities
Project Management & Marketing:
- To help the company and manage both internal (within group) and external (client‑based) projects, including expos to increase revenue streams for the company and its group
 
- To assist the company with the sales, marketing, as well as branding of its products and services
 
- Understand project objectives clearly and offer effective solutions to help ensure each project is successfully executed
 
- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution, adherence to timelines, and quality standards
 
- Provide guidance and support to project teams
 
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency.
 
New Business Opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to identify potential areas for business growth and expansion.
 
- To help conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
 
Qualifications
- Background and qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
 
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on quality execution and adhering to project deadlines.
 
- Experience (2-3 years) in project management and business development within the automotive industry, along with digital marketing experience.
 
- Understanding of the automotive industry in terms of buying and selling cars, market as well as user behaviour understanding, after‑sales, user journey, current automotive trends, and more.
 
- Understanding of digital marketing, trends, and technologies for the automotive industry.
 
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
 
- Demonstrated experience in managing internal and external relationships and driving revenue growth.
 
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and adaptable to a fast‑paced and dynamic work environment.
 
- Must have high attention to detail and a sense of excellence.
 
- Must be a good team player, able to work together in a team and also independently.
 
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
 
- Must possess a valid driving license and own transport.
 
- Willingness to travel (local and regional if/when required).
 
- Must have a sense of fun and humor!
 
- Full‑time, in‑house position only.
