A leading e-commerce company in Malaysia is seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive online sales and manage social media strategies. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Minimum 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in a marketing role
Proven expertise in managing e‑commerce platforms and social media channels
Experience in supporting or executing integrated marketing campaigns (ATL/BTL)
E‑Commerce Proficiency: Hands‑on experience with Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok
Social Media Mastery: Deep understanding of algorithms, content creation, and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creator Center)
Analytical & Data‑Driven: Skilled in using social insights and e‑commerce dashboards to measure performance and guide strategy
Creative & Content‑Savvy: Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills; proficiency with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and basic video editing is a plus
Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, agencies, and deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with sales, product, and external partners
Creative thinker with a commercial mindset and passion for branding
Proactive, agile, and self‑starter thriving in a fast‑paced environment
Team player with a positive “can‑do” attitude, willing to support broader team goals
Develop strategies with the e‑commerce team to drive online sales, traffic, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) across platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, and brand website
Own social media strategy across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth
Create, curate, and schedule high‑quality content (imagery, video, copy) optimized for each platform
Foster and engage with online communities by managing comments, messages, and user‑generated content (UGC)
Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to support e‑commerce and brand objectives
Support planning and execution of ATL campaigns (TV, Radio, OOH, Print) by coordinating with agencies, managing assets, and assisting logistics
Lead key BTL marketing activities including in‑store promotions, POSM, merchandising support, local events, partnerships, influencer collaborations, direct marketing, and sales collateral development
Collaborate with creative teams or agencies to develop marketing materials for digital and traditional channels
Assist in managing marketing budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring ROI on campaigns
