Responsible for supporting the overall marketing and sales strategies of the company's property development projects. The role involves managing marketing campaigns, coordinating events, liaising with agencies, and ensuring strong project branding to achieve sales targets and enhance the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and promotional plans for new and ongoing property projects.
  • Coordinate marketing materials, advertising, and media planning with creative and digital agencies.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives including social media, website content, and online advertising campaigns to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Plan and oversee property launches, exhibitions, and promotional events to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support management in strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare marketing budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency across campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales, Project, and Corporate Communication teams to align marketing activities with overall business objectives.
  • Manage marketing collateral production including brochures, videos, signages, and project hoardings.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports for management review.
