As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of all marketing initiatives — from social media campaigns to ground events. This role combines leadership, creativity, and hands‑on execution across digital content, live sessions, and on‑ground activations to ensure brand consistency and impactful campaign delivery.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives across digital platforms, live sessions, and on‑ground activations.
- Design and implement marketing and content strategies across all digital and physical channels (social media, showroom, roadshows, collaborations) while aligning with brand identity and seasonal marketing plans.
- Coordinate and lead daily live social media sessions on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram to promote new launches, campaigns, and offers; host or co‑host as needed.
- Supervise content creation, including shooting, scripting, storytelling, and basic editing of videos, reels, captions, and stories; maintain quality and brand consistency.
- Plan and execute on‑ground marketing activities such as roadshows, road tours, showroom events, and mall exhibitions; coordinate logistics for campaign materials and liaise with vendors and mall management.
- Manage visual merchandising needs and brand presentation for on‑ground marketing touchpoints.
- Identify and build relationships with influencers, collaborators, and artists; coordinate influencer content alignment with ongoing campaigns and ensure brand message consistency.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communications and marketing materials.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and optimize future campaign strategies.
- Support the Marketing Manager in developing innovative promotional ideas and launch strategies.
- Work closely with operations, sales, creative, and digital teams to align marketing execution with sales objectives.
- Mentor junior team members in content planning, campaign execution, and marketing coordination.
- Provide progress updates and performance reports to the Marketing Manager on a regular basis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in marketing or campaign management, preferably in the furniture or lifestyle industry.
- Experience hosting or leading live sessions on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Strong project management skills, capable of handling both digital and ground marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Experience managing event logistics, branding materials (bunting, banners, booth design), and vendor coordination.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
