A leading property development company in Malaysia is seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee the marketing team and strategies. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in the property sector, strong branding and digital marketing skills, and can communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in property/real estate/project sales.
  • Experience in project launches, event planning, and campaign execution.
  • Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is an added advantage.

Job description

Overseeing, leading and monitoring the marketing team’s performance to ensure achievement of audience.

Preparing marketing proposal for new project launches.

Planning suitable marketing activities/program to increase visibility and reach.

Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.

Generating new business leads.

Increasing brand awareness and market share.

Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.

Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.

Overseeing branding, advertising, promotional campaigns and performance analysis.

Managing the marketing department's staff.

Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.

Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.

Job Requirement :

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in property / real estate / project sales.

Strong understanding of marketing strategies, branding, digital marketing platforms and performance marketing.

Experience in project launches, event planning, and campaign execution.

Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (added advantage).

Creative, proactive, and results-driven with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Able to handle marketing coordination, agent engagement, and campaign reporting independently.
