The Assistant Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic public relations and media initiatives that enhance brand visibility, strengthen reputation, and drive awareness across earned media, influencer, and digital platforms. To assist Marketing Manager to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution while working closely with the marketing team, supporting teams (MIS), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
Develop and execute digital campaigns and promotion ideas to increase followers, drive leads, improve engagement, drive website traffic and creating contents to maximise ROI and generate brand awareness.
To oversee, plan, execute and constantly update AsterSpring’s digital marketing platforms according to the various marketing campaigns.
Plan, manage and oversee digital marketing budget.
To plan, implement, and support public relations and media strategies that enhance the brand’s reputation, strengthen awareness, and ensure cohesive communication across channels — including press, influencers, and digital platforms.
Manage influencer partnerships and develop close relationships with local KOLs and influencer community in order to build a winning PR strategy for content creation and management.
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Deep understanding of the different target audience and media landscape to identify the best and most effective platform to communicate and engage the communities.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Tracking daily, weekly and monthly KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
Reporting campaigns and media KPIS to management on regular basis through various dashboards.
Drive leads acquisition programme across various corporate initiatives, in line with traditional marketing channels and on-line marketplace.
Manage external collaborations for new customer acquisitions.
Beyond PR, this role plays an active part in bringing brand campaigns to life through cross-functional marketing support and execution.
Oversee and execute AS Clinic marketing
At least 5 years with solid Communication, PR, Media & Digital skills in FMCG or Cosmetic companies
Experience in marketing both offline and online, preferably background in beauty, retail, FMCG industry, or agency sectors.
Bachelor degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising or relevant marketing qualifications
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns with relevant technical skills ie. CRM, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, HTML, SEM, SEO optimization.
Experience in handling press events, media pitching, and brand communications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
