Lead supplier negotiations for optimal pricing and terms
Evaluate and select high-performing suppliers
Analyze market trends and cost structures for strategic buying decisions
Drive cost optimization initiatives across procurement operations
Manage end-to-end procurement processes
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams
Oversee import permits and customs clearance
Handle international shipping documentation and Letter of Credit processes
Collaborate with registration team on new product specifications
Manage packaging and labeling requirements
Ensure supplier compliance with quality standards
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
3-5 years of procurement experience
Proven negotiation and supplier management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience in international trade documentation
Understanding of customs regulations and compliance
Strategic thinker with commercial acumen
