Assistant Manager, Social Enterprise at AirAsia Foundation

What you’ll champion
  • Design, manage, and execute innovative projects that showcase the Foundation’s impact and mission, elevating its visibility.
  • Plan and deliver engaging events, workshops and community programmes from start to finish.
  • Build and strengthen partnerships with social enterprises, organisations and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement creative ideas with strategic thinking to engage audiences and enhance the Foundation’s presence and brand.
  • Highlight the Foundation’s work, sustainability efforts or social impact stories that align with AirAsia’s business priorities.
  • Strengthen the visibility of the grant programmes and other activities of the Foundation through its communication channels and via AirAsia’s channels.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Support the Foundation’s grant‑making activities and the Destination GOOD social enterprise shop activities.
  • Support the humanitarian and fundraising activities when needed.
Who you are
  • Degree in social sciences, business, project management, event management, design, communications or related fields.
  • Four years of relevant work experience in project management, event management, partnerships, or related roles (startup or fast‑paced environment a plus).
  • Highly creative, with the ability to turn fresh ideas into real‑world impact and strong storytelling skills.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent project execution skills, able to multitask and thrive under tight timelines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Creative, resourceful, detail‑oriented and solutions‑driven in dynamic environments.
  • Independent and proactive in planning and managing tasks, collaborative when needed.
  • Energetic, adaptable, and excited to work in a role where no two days look the same.
  • Proficient in using Google Suite Applications.
