A leading grocery company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Assistant Manager / Senior Account Executive for Payment/Treasury. The role involves leading the payment operations team, ensuring timely supplier payments, and managing cash flow. Candidates must have a degree in Finance/Accountancy and preferably 4 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential.
To lead and oversee payment operation team
Ensure supplier payment made on time.
Preparation of periodic cashflow for reporting and for project funding.
Manage cashflow and perform cash drawdown request to shareholder or finance institution
Prepare report on cashflow and financing related.
Improve operational effectiveness and efficiency in payment team function
Ensure monthly closing accuracy and timeliness
Able to troubleshoot disputes and problem solving
Support year-end audit
Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by Manager
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Knowledge of basic banking facilities is compulsory.
Preferable 4 year (s) of relevant working experience
Good knowledge in retail/supermarket industry would be added advantages.
Excellent command of both oral and written in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Wordand Excel) and any Accounting software.
Exceptional time management and ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
