Job Description
  • Align key Compensation & Benefits programs across all locations and provide guidelines for regional/local stakeholders to execute the programs in the respective areas.
  • Contribute to benchmarking activities by supporting pay and benefits survey input.
  • Perform job evaluation and job mapping exercise when it is deemed necessary.
  • Support in the refreshment of salary ranges for all roles globally for the purpose of hiring, annual increases, and talent management.
  • Manage global annual performance review cycle, salary increase, performance bonus and promotion exercises.
  • Manage the renewal of applicable benefits programs.
  • Ensure that total rewards practices comply with local laws and regulations of each country of employment.
  • Acts as a point of contact for global mobility of key talent movements and ensure management of data.
  • Oversee international mobility programs, including expatriate assignments
  • Coordinate logistics for international moves with regional/local HR teams.
Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, ideally with HR business partnering experience.
  • Experience in rewards management including total rewards strategy development, job evaluation, benchmarking / job pricing, design (compensation, benefits, recognition, incentives, etc.) and international mobility.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams, strong stakeholder management, vendor management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated success in partnering across all HR functions with strong delivery of HR projects and initiatives.
