Assistant Manager, Project Engineering (Batam, Indonesia Stationed)

We are a leading OEM manufacturer of electrical household appliances for worldwide brand names. Based in Hong Kong, with integrated production facilities in Guangdong Province and Batam, Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end‑to‑end project development of electrical household appliances from design stage to mass production, manage the product development lifecycle, evaluate product costs, and conduct feasibility studies to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines.
• 5 years of experience in product development & project follow-up with a consumer product manufacturing company.
• Knowledge of 3D CAD.
• Good supervisory skills, strong technical skills, understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes and quality control.
• Mature, independent and analytical mindset.
• Good written and spoken English and Mandarin.

Less experience will be considered as Senior Engineer/Engineer, Project Engineering
