Job Summary

• Performing regular quality audits at OEM manufacturing plants to ensure products produced is in accordance to quality specification and food safety regulation.
• Provide continuous technical support to OEM business partner in the area of product quality improvements as well as production / processes improvement.
• Regular market survey to check on the product display and o‑take and highlight to distributor if any discrepancy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 - 4 year experience is required for this position, preferably candidate's background from surimi production.
• Knowledge in quality standards related to Food Hygiene standards and HACCP systems and GMP together with basic knowledge of Halal certification.
• Knowledgeable of surimi and surimi‑based products is an added advantage.
