A leading marketing company in Petaling Jaya is seeking an experienced Assistant Marketing Manager to develop and implement strategic marketing plans, manage digital marketing activities, and lead marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of marketing experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field. This role offers a dynamic work environment focused on enhancing brand visibility and driving sales performance.
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives, strengthen brand positioning, and identify new business opportunities.
Work closely and guiding the marketing team, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and supporting smooth workflow and execution.
Assist in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and achieve business objectives.
Lead and support the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
Support new marketing initiatives aimed at driving sales performance, growing market presence, and improving project profitability.
Develop and oversee content marketing efforts including planning, reviewing, and producing content for social media, website, email marketing, and marketing materials.
Manage digital marketing activities such as SEO, SEM, social media ads, content distribution, and performance tracking to optimize outcomes.
Conduct market surveys, competitor analysis, and gather customer insights to support strategy planning and decision-making.
Coordinate and support the product introduction process, including product briefs, positioning, launch planning, and internal training materials.
Monitor marketing performance, prepare reports, insights and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and results.
Carry out additional tasks as required to support the Marketing Department’s operations and objectives.
Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned under the direction of the Head of Marketing.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Digital Media, or related field.
6+ years of marketing experience, preferably with exposure to leadership support or project coordination.
Good understanding of branding, digital marketing, social media, and content marketing principles.
Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Creative, analytical, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
