Marketing Manager – Responsibilities
- Prepare marketing plan, implement marketing strategies & sales pricing strategy.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for new and existing properties.
- Prepare marketing & sales plan and prepare for new product launch or re-launch functions.
- Utilize advertising & promotional budget effectively to achieve high efficiency in generating sales performance and reaching target segments.
- Propose right product mix for various locations with minimal guidance from senior manager.
- Conduct competitor analysis, market survey, gather feedback on market needs, and the latest trend in market.
- Apply for Developer’s License and Advertising Permit and liaise with relevant government departments and officers to obtain approval.
- Assist and coordinate with sales team and attend sales inquiries (where necessary).
- Perform any other duties & responsibilities assigned by the company from time to time.
Marketing Manager – Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Property Development / Real Estate Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in marketing in a property development company.
- Pleasant personality and customer-oriented.
- Resourceful, dynamic, good leadership with strong interpersonal communication.
- Able to plan and coordinate all matters related to sales & marketing.
- Strong knowledge in property marketing strategy and competitor’s products and selling price.
- Computer literate with good command of oral and written communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Malay.
- Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Possess own transport and willing to work on weekends (during sales events, where necessary).
