A medical facility in Malaysia seeks an experienced professional to manage end-to-end laboratory inventory and store operations. The candidate will ensure optimal stock levels, support compliance with laboratory accreditation standards, and drive process improvement initiatives. Manage and oversee end-to-end laboratory inventory and store operations across multiple laboratory disciplines.
Ensure optimal stock levels, accurate receiving, storage, issuance, and FIFO/expiry management of reagents and consumables.
Coordinate with Procurement and vendors to ensure timely supply, pricing efficiency, and proper documentation.
Monitor stock movement, conduct audits and stock counts, investigate variances, and prepare inventory reports.
Support compliance with laboratory accreditation standards (ISO 15189, CKAP, JCI, MSQH).
Handle internal customer queries and complaints related to laboratory supplies.
Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Strong understanding of laboratory reagents, consumables, and inventory control practices.
Good analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office / spreadsheets.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
