• Coordinate with Procurement and vendors to ensure timely supply, pricing efficiency, and proper documentation.
• Monitor stock movement, conduct audits and stock counts, investigate variances, and prepare inventory reports.
• Support compliance with laboratory accreditation standards (ISO 15189, CKAP, JCI, MSQH).
• Handle internal customer queries and complaints related to laboratory supplies.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
