This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and driving talent attraction strategies to build a sustainable talent pipeline for the Company. This role involves partnering with hiring managers to identify talent needs, managing employer branding initiatives, coordinating campus recruitment, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. This position will report to the Head of Unit, HR Operations.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities – from sourcing, interviewing, and offer management to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
  • Draft or review job descriptions to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational requirements.
  • Develop and implement talent attraction and employer branding strategies to strengthen our position as an employer of choice.
  • Manage job postings, recruitment portals, and relationships with headhunters.
  • Plan and execute campus recruitment activities and engagement programs.
  • Track and report recruitment performance metrics, ensuring data accuracy and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and positive new hire experience.
  • Any other task assigned by the management.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7-8 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Hands‑on experience managing full‑cycle recruitment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in using recruitment systems, job portals, and social media for talent sourcing.
  • Analytical, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
