As an Assistant Manager, you are responsible for the quality of the Fund Risk Management Support activities delivered to clients and ensuring deadlines are met. This role impacts multiple locations and clients with funds distributed across Continental Europe. The Supervisor should have experience related to specific risks associated with daily Fund Risk Management Support activities and provide support to the team on production tasks, training, and people development.

What will you do?
- Ensure the quality of Client Portfolio Compliance activities and adherence to deadlines, impacting multiple locations and clients across Continental Europe.
- Manage specific risks related to daily Client Portfolio Compliance activities.
- Support the team with production tasks, training, and development.
- Participate in internal discussions, forums, or meetings with business stakeholders.
- Support team members' career development and growth.
- Oversee the operational performance of the team, including task allocation and controls.
- Ensure compliance with global and local rules and procedures related to production.
- Conduct ongoing training for team members.
- Classify breaches using information from ALTO and peripheral tools, providing detailed information to CPC SME for review.
- Possess strong technical and financial knowledge of risk management, investment strategies, and regulatory frameworks (UCITS, ESMA, European laws).
- Have a solid understanding of financial products and derivatives instruments.
- Expertise in financial instrument eligibility analysis (target funds, structured products, indices, etc.).
- Understand cross-location operations, systems, and IT environment, ensuring compliance with rules and procedures.
- Be aware of production and people risks within the team.
- Input comments on analysis and investigations in the system (ALTO).
- Assist team members with open breaches.
- Review action logs and KPI ratings, and participate in initiatives to improve KPIs or scorecards.
- Communicate explanations and comments to the oversight team for review.
- Implement and oversee the team's training plan.
- Support issue resolution and collaborate closely with onshore teams and regulatory requirements.
