  2. Ensure smooth coordination with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments on room status and guest requests.
  3. Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
  4. Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
  5. Supervise Front Office staff, including scheduling, attendance, and task allocation.
  6. Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and performance feedback.
  7. Assist in conducting staff briefings and performance evaluations.
  8. Prepare daily operational reports, occupancy reports, and shift handovers.
  9. Ensure accurate handling of cash, billing, and documentation.
  10. Support budgeting, cost control, and audit requirements.
  11. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, security procedures, and safety regulations.
  12. Assist in implementing internal controls and risk management measures.
