Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in event management, exhibitions, conferences, or venue operations.
  • Proven experience managing mid to large-scale exhibitions, conferences, or corporate events.
  • Strong project and budget management skills.
  • Excellent client servicing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead on-site operations and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project planning tools.
  • Knowledge of exhibition floor planning and event logistics is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with hands-on involvement during event build-up, show days, and breakdown.

  • Prepare post-event sponsorship fulfilment and performance reports.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team on event promotions, materials, and attendee communications.
  • Ensure accurate event information across listings, campaigns, and digital platforms.
  • Support initiatives to enhance visitor experience and event engagement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for event organisers, exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, and partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure successful event delivery.
  • Gather feedback and insights to continuously improve event quality and operational efficiency.
