A leading banking corporation in Kuala Lumpur seeks a qualified trainer responsible for designing and delivering credit and skills training programs in corporate banking. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and knowledge in credit analysis. Responsibilities include evaluating training effectiveness, coordinating with subject matter experts, and leading Learning & Development projects. This role offers a chance to significantly impact training relevance in the corporate banking sector.
Responsible for design, create and delivery of credit & skills training programs and evaluate effectiveness of training including administration and logistics matters (both in-person and virtual training).
Start from credit and corporate banking programs, especially on the internal credit procedures and system operation.
Create blended learning contents collaborating with eLearning team.
Create credit related training programs and lead long-term programs and projects.
Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts in other departments to conduct focus workshops / classes.
Continuously looks for ways to improve training programs to ensure relevance of content and effectiveness.
Take on the role of Learning Branch Partner for Asia Division to assist in identification of training needs the branch level as well as to provide guidance and advice on Team SMBC Survey initiatives, Monthly Productivity Report, etc.
Provide support and lead L&D Projects.
Any other jobs as assigned by superior & assist other facilitators / planning team.
