Job Description
  • Provide strategic clinical leadership to bridge product innovation, hospital collaboration, and clinical education.
  • Be the subject matter expert (SME) in providing ideas to develop new product pipelines.
  • Integrate clinical expertise into product development, training, and market implementation in meeting user needs and business objectives.
  • Job authorities, if applicable, as defined in all the QMS-related documents.
Duties And Responsibilities
  • Lead clinical strategy and medical solutions, aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate emerging trends, technologies, and clinical insights to support product innovation and strategic growth.
  • Build and strengthen positive relationships with KOLs, clinical teams, and other hospital stakeholders involved in the introduction of new products.
  • Conduct user needs assessments and clinical feedback sessions to translate hospital requirements into actionable product improvements.
  • Monitor post-market product performance, gather real‑world data, and identify opportunities for product enhancement.
  • Oversee and implement clinical education initiatives, including training programs, workshops, and CME sessions for healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and maintain evidence‑based educational materials and ensure accurate dissemination of product information.
  • Work closely with the product development team to prioritise features and improvements that align with user needs and company business goals.
  • Support the development of functional prototypes for user testing and validation.
  • Provide clinical insights to ensure the accuracy, credibility, and relevance of product communication and marketing content.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the superior.
Requirements
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
Work Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience in the hospital/medical setting.
  • Relevant working experience in the pharmaceutical / medical device industry is preferred.
Technical And Professional Knowledge
  • Medical knowledge in CSSD, OT, or Dialysis will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Certification / License Requirement
  • Registered with the Malaysia Nursing Board.
